The Department of Education in your state should
have a website where you can find the curriculum and standards frameworks for
all grade levels and subject areas. If you look at the Kindergarten level,
you will see what all Kindergarteners in your state are expected to learn during
the school year. In California, the Braille standards are the same as the
state standards for all students in the public school system. If you can't
find the document for your state, let me know and I can send the California
standards. At least it would be something to guide you.
