Ok, thank you for clarifying. You raise a great point though. If the
teachers are using the IWB as a glorified projector (i.e. showing the
students web sites, PPTs, or data in some other accessible format) then
we don’t have as big of a hurdle to jump. The bigger problems come when
the teachers use the IWB and its companion software.<br>
<br>
I’m personally crossing my fingers that these things will fade away as
iOS devices and one-to-one computing initiatives take over K-12
education.<br>

If the info is data driven--not written, it will project onto a computer
and kids can access it<br>
The written portion is still an issue unless low vision and then monitor
size can improve on that--for totally blind--not so much right now<br>

laptop with JAWS--any tech should be able to hook it up easily for
