style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Although time consuming, I typed up
a letter to the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">new york</st1:place></st1:State> state education department as to
which certification I should apply for and provided for them my licenses I hold
and my past work history. I faxed this letter to the <st1:State
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">new york</st1:place></st1:State> state education
department. Anyone know if this is a venue to get answers to my certification
questions as a certified teacher of the blind and visually impaired? It's
impossible to get a human being to speak with. I still try calling though; maybe
even 8:55 am tomorrow I will contact the teacher certification number at the
<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">new york</st1:State></st1:place> state
education department and hopefully speak with a customer representative.
