<DIV>I am writing about a 7 year old blind student working on dressing
skills with the OT. She wondered if there is a 'standard method' or
materials that would be best for marking clothing. I have assisted in
using some tactiles and consistent language and patterned methods with putting
on/off his own coat-which he mastered quite quickly. I have suggested
mirroring that for his other clothing. </DIV>
<DIV> I have put her in touch with our Rehab teacher, who works in the
home each month but wondered if anyone in here had some good immediate
suggestions for her.</DIV>
