approaching to register to take the National Certification in Literary Braille
(NCLB) exam in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =

w:st="on">Albuquerque</st1:City> <st1:State w:st="on">New
Mexico</st1:State></st1:place>, which is <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>scheduled for Saturday, October 27. </P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>This is likely the last test date
for the NCLB to be held in the Southwestern region of the country for this
calendar year. Please pass this information onto Teachers and instructors of the
braille code. The increasing demand and importance of the NCLB is a credential
that distinguishes professionals, and you don’t want to miss out. </P>
