<div>You can use a Unimanual Perkins if there is adequate strength in one hand, or you can go with an electronic device such as a Mountbatten even other notetakers. I worked with a student in seventh grade who also had CP and minimum use of one hand, and he
was learning to use a braille note in one-handed mode. It makes for one extra step with writing, but it is definitely doable. In truth, the braille display actually helped him tremendously, as it was easy for him to track the few cells it afforded at a time.

teach someone with limited hand use Braille? I was considering use the one-handed Perkins brailler for writing, but I'm not sure she has the hand strength nor the coordination for putting paper into the machine. I have using a VoiceNote in one hand mode
so far. Any additional suggestions would be most ehlpful.</span></font></div>
