This short survey is comprised of questions designed to collect information from those individuals who know students with visual impairments better than anyone else; the teachers.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>The results of the survey will be completely confidential.
