The teacher does not have to do Orientation & Mobility. Garrett County is in Western Maryland. It is lovely country, but very rural. There is no public transportation. The case load would be 4 or 5 students. One is in high school. One is in elementary school and has multiple disabilities. I am not sure about the remaining students. The teacher that was serving them left all of a sudden. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. I hope you know of some people looking for work. The parents are very concerned and may be able to offer some suggestions about the transportation issues. Thanks.

Sharon Maneki, President

National Federation of the Blind of Maryland

410-715-9596

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future.
