[Promotion-technology] A Problem with Attachments

While your IT people probably would be willing to install the latest version of the Acrobat Reader, it doesn't sound to me as though that is your problem. You would
have to have a pretty old version of the reader to have it not open attachments at all and it wouldn't affect how you get to attachments. If your IT staff manages the
computers closely, it is probably more likely that they are changing settings on your computer that are having an effect on how things are displayed. Of course, we
can only guess. I have also seen cases where a document name is given but it is not the true attachment. This seems to happen sometimes when mail moves
between mail systems of different types. Let us know if the application key approach works for you. Whic screen reader are you using? I was also thinking one
can SHIFT TAB to the attachments list but can't check for sure here at work.
Best regards,
Steve Jacobson
