Unless you have enough vision to make out the screen, I believe you are
pretty-much S O L at the moment. Even though the Kindle does have
text-to-speech capability (when the e-book authors allow it), the menus etc.
are not accessible at present. Apparently, Amazon says it will make all the
functionality accessible in the near future but I fear it is in the lap of
the gods what this means.
