Hello:

     I have no idea why you would see an attachment unless it was part of 
the original forwarded message. There is an article in TG Daily about 
Virginia Tech creating a prototype vehicle that is drivable by the blind. 
This is known as the Blind Driver Challenge. The link to the story is below:
When you get to the page, look for the second occurance of the word "wheel" 
otherwise, you have to wade through lots of ads.
