[Promotion-technology] Free Program to Copy Radio Programs?

Hi everyone,
I have heard that there is a computer program which is completely free which 
will record radio stations from the internet if you set it up to do so.  Is 
anyone familiar with this?  Will you tell me what it is, and also if there 
is a tutorial for me to download to learn how to use it?
Also, of course, I'd need the download link.
