[Promotion-technology] Free Program to Copy Radio Programs?

Greetings Linda,
I am unaware of such program; however, I have been told that audition or audacity in some cases can let one rip from internet radio programs while recording them.  In addition, one is able to edit the programs as well.  I am unsure of this and its accuracy; however, do a google search to see what you come up with.
