Thanks for the update, friend. What an exciting development these autonomous
vehicles will be, especially if it turns out that we have interfaces that
will allow us to operate them.

Subject: [Promotion-technology] Autonomous Vehicles

Hello Colleagues:

Chairman Jones asked me to track developments in the area of Autonomous
Vehicles. For most of my information, I have been relying on press releases
found by news.google.com and Gizmag. Google would seem to be the leading
company in the field, but other companies have also made great progress:
1. Freightliner has developed a truck that can drive on freeways.
2. Delphi has a vehicle that drove from San Francisco to New York last
spring.
3. Apple is apparently working on a car.
4. Tesla is adding smarts to its high-end cars.
5. Other companies such as BMW, Audi and Volvo are also working on
autonomous vehicles.

Hope everyone is having a good holiday season.

Regards,

Robert Jaquiss
