This is a phishing email. Do NOT click on the link in this message. I fell for it myself whereas I should have known better than to follow a link to a Google doc with no explanation of why it was sent to the list.

What the link does: The link requests you to give an app called "Google Docs" access to your Google account. This is not the real Google Docs from Google but rather a malicious app with the same name to trick you. If you give it permission, it then has access to your Gmail and Contacts (why would Docs need access to those?). It no doubt uses your Gmail and your contacts to send out a similar link to every address it can find. This is most likely how Bryan Duarte fell for the scam himself and how the message containing the link ended up getting sent to this list. If you end up following the link and adding the Google Docs app to your account, be sure to log into your account settings and remove the Google Docs app from being able to access your account. Remember that this is not the real Google Docs app so removing it will not prevent you from being able to access Google Docs. You can tell it is the fake malicious app because it will have been added to your account within a recent period of time.
