[Promotion-technology] Innovision braille display

I saw an early prootype of this back in May. The early prototype had a few rough edges but looked quite promising. If those things, like a cell not populating correctly if your finger was on it for example, are addressed in the final release, they'll have a winner for sure. This one has cursor routing keys and refresh is instantaneous.
