[Promotion-Technology] problems with my computer

Hi Promotion tech,

I am having a problem with my windows sound on an Intel Nuc.
The file is hidden.
You can only play this file with a USB sound card.
Without it, you turn on fast startup and then shut down your completely.
You turn it back on and it plays.
It won't play when you restart.
It won't play in c:\windows\media
It won't play in winsounds.com files.
Either the sound card is slow or something I can't tell.

Please help.
