[Pvc-nfbco] Updates

CSU Lagoon, event begins at 1pm, Flobots begin @ 4 or 5pm (I can't remember
for sure).   I'll be there at 10:30am as we have to set up a table-which
will take about 5 minutes!-but that when, we , as staff, have to be there.

I can have more specifics when I receive them about a more exact location
in the Lagoon area.
