Hi Everyone,
  First off, my sincere apologies for the late Email. Please see the
  information below regarding the CABM Christmas Party on December 7th.
  I have spoken to Joy and she is willing to extend the RSVP deadline
  for us, but I'd like us to get back to her by Monday afternoon at the
  latest. If you are interested in going, please Email Joy directly with
  the requested information below. 
  I know we had discussed going as a group at our last meeting. May you
  forward your RSVP to the PVC list so that everyone is in the loop
  about who's going? My thought is that once we have a list of attendees
  from our chapter, we can begin organizing the day's events for the
  7th.

  CABM would like you to join us for our Family Christmas Party of 2013.
    We will be having Dinner at five pm at the Cheese Cake Factory
  Downtown on Saturday, December 7th 2013.   Activities will include: a
  time for raising donations for the CABM.  there will be a white
  elephant exchange, make sure to bring the kiddos with you!
 Notes:  Please arrive at least ten minutes before, we will be in the
 main area and have asked for an area off to the side.  Dinner prices on
 average are $25 per person with taxes and gratuity. 
Bring the family for a great time of relaxing fellowship during the
Great Season of Peace and Joy.
