[Pvc-nfbco] Postpone Saturday's meeting

Hi everyone,

This is Nick Thomas, President of the NFBPVC. Due to weather conditions I would like to postpone tomorrow's meeting to next Saturday, September 21st. I understand that there are a lot of road closers and possible transportation issues. 

Have a safe weekend, and I hope to see everyone at next week's meeting.
