[Pvc-nfbco] Next PVC-NFB meeting

Our next NFB meeting will be at Old Chicago as usual. There wasn't enough
interest to get the Christmas party location rolling, but we'd still like to
meet up. The time and place are the same as ever. Hope to see you there!
