[Pvc-nfbco] Secretary Stepping Down

Hi Everyone,
  I just want to let you all know beforehand that I will be stepping
  down as secretary on Saturday. If anyone would like to step up to the
  position, or at least take notes, speak up at the meeting. We will
  decide then.
