[Pvc-nfbco] Location Idea For BELL

Hi Everyone,
  I hope you all are well!
  When I told my aunt about BELL, she suggested using an elementary or
  middle school that's already open for base camp or what have you. This
  way the school would already be open, and there would be a bunch of
  classrooms available. I'm not sure about the logistics of this, but I
  figured I'd present it.
