[Quietcars] Fw: Re:very informative article about quiet cars in THE ECONOMIST of May 8th

It is a good article, and one of the interesting things about it is 
that it seems to be written from the angle that quiet cars will get 
the ability to generate sound, and they should.  It is reasonable, 
but leaves you with the impression that quiet cars should make noise 
and why would you think otherwise.
