[Quietcars] Kapsys Signs an Agreement with Independent Living Aids

Many blind people have wanted something like this for a while.  Our ability
to navigate is controlled mainly by high cost.  Though there are some
so-called affordable ventures which we can pursue, such as the Wayfinder and
the Mobile Geo, many navigation devices cost at least one thousand dollars
and upwards to $7500, in the case  of one product that is able to furnish
navigational aid.  I would urge those of you who are seeking independent
travel to look into this device and see if this can aid you in travel.  If
it's affordable, it might be a good alternative.  I have no interest in this
product other than distributing information.
