I am a liberal democrat, but more to the point, someone who cares about
people first rather than party, color or station in life.

I am aware that the healthcare situation in this country is good for those
who can afford it, and for those who can't, it sucks.

With that having been said, MSNBC and its listeners have banded together to
arrange healthcare clinics in various cities throughout the country to
provide assistance to those who cannot afford healthcare because either they
are out of work or their job doesn't provide healthcare instance or they
simply can't afford it.

If you go to one of two web sites:

www.freeclinics.us

Or

Countdown.msnbc.com

You can see where these arranged clinics are being held. If you have need
of healthcare and can't afford it, and your circumstances fit the criterion
suggested, please avail yourselves of the assistance.

This coming Saturday, a clinic is being provided in Little rock, Arkansas.
There are others scheduled. One has been already held in New Orleans.

I just thought that I'd share the news that someone cares. Liberal or
conservative, democrat or republican...it matters not as we're all in this
together. I just think that this kind of fellowship makes a lot of sense in
these rough economic times.
