[Quietcars] Identifying offending car in Morristown NJ accident.

Bob, I ask the following about this p0articular quote from your post:

department) is identified."

Does this mean that if the car is a four cylinder or a hybrid, that it is
identified as such, and possibly this dodge Avenger was a V6 model of newer
vintage?  The older Avengers had a 2.7 liter engine, with the newer ones
having the options of a 3.5 liter engine.  The four cylinder is still
standard on a base model.  See below:
