[Quietcars] Pedestrian accidents - a 24 hour log

Two or three times a week, I use Google to look for "pedestrian accident", "pedestrian crash", "prius accident", and "prius crash". I do this seeking empirical evidence but this exercise also converts abstract accident statistics into reality. It is not pleasant to read but this is what happened in just past 24 hours:
