[Quietcars] US Census form question: Off Topic but helpful.

I'd gotten some other info that stated that one can call the bureau and do
the questionnaire over the phone. Whether this is true or not is up for
debate.

While helpful in preparing for the census, it's too bad that the Census
Bureau doesn't have OFFICIAL Braille and large type versions of the census
that can be mailed to blind residents upon request. (The website to which
you linked says that the questions aren't the official questions on the form
but are just a sample.) Let's work for that in 2020!

Thanks for sharing the info, though, Mike.

One of our good friends called about the census form and how one if blind
could fill it out.

After we'd spoken at some length, I did some research after talking to her
and found the following on the web.

Here's an example of how one organization has given thought to working with
the Feds in trying to get t his program straightened away.

Thanks.
