[Quietcars] Quiet vehicle warning sounds

Thank you for your help in locating this for me. This report is do December 
1, and I will gladly share a copy of it with you off list. I haven't taken a 
statistics coarse yet, however, I am just putting off the inevitable. Are 
you also in an engineering related field?
