Hello Everyone,

 

First of all, I want to thank each of you that have responded to my
request for feedback on the possibility of holding a Winter
Rehabilitation and O&M Conference at Washington Seminar this year,.
While I am certain each of us recognizes the importance of holding such
events, the demands on our time and energies are great, making a
commitment to these conferences difficult. Given the limited response
from the NOMC list serve, and the Rehab list serve, as well as giving
consideration to our own busy schedules, it does not appear that there
is a strong enough interest to justify the time and effort that would be
required in having a Winter conference this year at Washington Seminar. 

 

Should there be a significant show of interest, by the end of work hours
today, then the NOMCT committee could give further consideration to the
possibility of holding a Winter conference this year. Otherwise, I would
recommend at this time we forgo the conference for this year, and focus
our attention on preparing for the National conference at our National
Convention. 

 

Again, thank you to each of you that offered both your feedback, and
willingness to help in planning and conducting a conference.
