[rehab] accessible credit card machines

Hi Sahar,

Back in the dark ages when I was crazy enough to think technology would 
last, it seems that Discover was involved with someone who had one.  It had 
been demonstrated at an NFB convention.  You might check with the answer 
line at the International Braille and technology Center.  It would be a 
point-of-sale device.
