Give PcCharge Pro Demo a try before purchasing it.  Also, try an IcVerify 
demo.

If point of sale is important, that could be a tough one!  I myself I am 
looking for someone to SCRIPT KEYSTROKEPOS ffor me so I can use it with 
Window-Eyes!  Beyond these, unless someone still has one of the old talking 
credit card machines around to sell, you won't find anything besides 
software that fits the bill.
