[rehab] Question about V Force

Has anyone had any luck with V Force? This is the program from Triple A that was offering employment to blind people. The contact person was Robert Mitchell but we can no longer get in touch with him. The email bounces and the number is disconnected. I learned about this opportunity on this list. Is this even viable employment?       

If anyone has information about this program please let me know.
