[rehab] Register now for the 8th Annual Rehabilitation conference online!

Hi! I was able to register. But when I was going through the payment
process, the system indicated that my payment could not be accepted at
the time, because of system issues. Could I pay at the day of
conference, and if so, what's best form of payment.
