Salary range: $ 30.13-$ 43.35 hourly, $ 62,911-$ 90,515 annually. 
  
Job Description:   Provide office-wide leadership, direction and
management for four primary functional areas essential to organizational
survival and excellence at the State Services for the Blind. 
1) Budgeting and Fiscal Management; 
2) Policy Development and Deployment, Customer Appeals, support to the
State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and its committees; 
3) Quality Assurance, Needs Assessment, Customer Satisfaction and
Continuous Improvement; and 
4) Technology and Information Systems Non-technical functionality, and
manage website content. 
The position supervises and directs assigned senior staff in carrying
out responsibilities in these four key areas.

 As a core member of office management team, the incumbent represents
the office on department, state, regional and national work groups and
task forces. This position serves as back-up to and is first in charge
in the absence of the Director of State Services for the Blind. 

 Minimum Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in psychology,
rehabilitation, sociology, business administration, special education or
closely related field; AND 

Three (3) years of supervisory or high level professional experience in
a vocational rehabilitation setting which includes Vocational
Rehabilitation Policy Development and Fiscal/Financial Administration
including budget and grant management. In addition, at least two years
experience in one of the following areas: Quality Assurance/Continuous
Improvement; Information and Technology Systems.
