[rehab] studying for the crc exam

RFBD has a study guide for crc exam by Roger Weed.  I used it to study. I
don't have my results yet, so we'll see if it helped. I crammed it all in a
week because I am still in school. If I could go back, I'd take it after
graduation this way I could have studied a little at time.
