Anna,
If you are want to work with the blind then you may not have a choice 
because especially if you want to do Rehabilitation Counseling then you 
need to go through the Rehabilitation Counseling program just let them 
know for your intership that you want to be placed with the services 
for the blind in the state where you want to go to school. I say this 
because not all the colleges in the United States have the 
Rehabilitation Counseling Program. Here is a site that you can go to 
find out what state closest to you has the Rehabilitation Counseling
