[rehab] NOMC question

I have a question concerning the Orientation and mobility certification from Nomc. You say that a person has to have 480 hours of emersion training. How many weeks or months does that amount to, and I have a friend who'll be attending blind inc. Can she get her apprentice ship while there, or will she need to ask her state agency to add this to her plan? Sincerely, RJ
