Our Voc Rehab program belongs to a national network of job sharing
amongst the VR agencies. I have shared the job lead below with our

Virtual Math Tutor
The company is looking to hire Math Tutors (virtual tutors).
Following is the job description of virtual tutors.
- Min of Bachelor Degree in Math, or Science or
Engineering or any other related field with Math as minor subject.
- Provide Math tutorials instruction to students grade 3
to 12 via phone and other technology means.
- It’s work-from home opportunity. Virtual Tutor is
required to be available to work btw 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (EST),
Monday - Thursday. Tutor may also provide tutoring outside these
hours on weekends. Tutors are expected to provide 3 hours live
tutoring these days
- Primary task of Virtual Tutor is to call students and
provide math Tutorial instructions via phone, including mentoring
to students.
- Pay rate : $15 - $18/Hr of live Tutoring session. Pay
rate will depend on prior experience and other plus factors.
A virtual tutor completing 20 Hrs of LIVE Tutoring sessions in a
week, @ 15/Hr, weekly pay for the tutor will be $300 for the week.
It’s a self-driven, work-from-home job. All applicants must pass
a background check. Most of the work is in the eastern time zone,
some in central, and mountain. Tutors must provide their own
computer and phone. The company will reimburse some money for
phone.
