[rehab] Question concerning social security award letter letter and VR

In IL purchases for equipment and services are based on an assessment
of skills and needs conducted by the IL Instructor or Counselor; thus,
the items and services purchased and provided relate directly to an
individual's specific needs and goals. In TN, we do not typically
purchase computers, computer related equipment and software, or items
costing more than $500 without program supervisory approval. Funds in
IL are so extremely limited that the items mentioned an extensive O&M
services are not possible. for an example, the budget I manage for IL
services is only 5% of the budget I managed when I was a VR Counselor.
If you would like a list of specific examples of items I purchase for
clients, let me know and I will provide it. Out of curiosity, why the
questions?
