I was reading the COMS Handbook, and I'm confeused between catagory 1 and 2. FSU has an orentation and mobility program, but it isn't a cirtificate program. I have degrees in other than orentation and mobility. Could a COMS please email me of list and explaine the cirtification routs to me? my email is:
