Job opportunity in Montgomery, AL.  Winston-Salem Industries for the Blind has several openings for help desk call center agents responsible for answering general and technical questions from end users involving the navigation of federal web sites.  The job description is attached.   Interviews begin  soon so apply now if you are interested.
This is an entry level position at a call center as a liaison between a federal procurement web site and contracting vendors.  Since the position involves such duties as communicating with contracting officers, it is an excellent opportunity for individuals that have participated in the CMS Training Program to begin a career in contract management.  I recommend updating your resume to reflect the DAU training courses completed if you have not done so already.
Candidate finalists will be flown in advance to Montgomery, AL for orientation to the job site, town and surrounding areas.
