Last night The president laid out his plan in order to put Americans back to work, but his plan said nothing concerning putting money into VR programs so that the blind could go to work! How much do VR programs get from the federal government, and can we ask congress to put into the American jobs act more money for VR programs, and More work incentives for blind Binnifarshies? RJ
