[rehab] Where Can I Find...

In preparation for my meeting next Wednesday with the VRC from the 
Oregon Commission for the Blind, I want to have copies of all relevant 
laws and rules on hand, along with my usual packet of info relevant to 
my VR plan and all that.

I checked the RSA website, looking for those rules, since the VRC is 
using them to insist that we must have all face-to-face meetings and no 
e-mail communication, as I requested. Sigh.

Can anyone tell me where to find the complete RSA rules that apply to 
voc rehab for the blind? I did some poking around the site, but now I 
feel grumpy and lost. /smile/ I'll take another stab at it over time, 
but it would really help if I could just get those to have on file to 
refer to.
