That's right.  I had one to get my note taker.  It is about 3% interest, very low.  Call the national center for more information.  When I did it, I think Mark Riccobono was handling it.  Not sure that's still true but they'll tell you.  You do need to be a member of NFB though.

As far as I know, the NFB has a low interest technology loan program.
