If for some reason that doesn't work, e-mail me offline.

Alvin Jask Kanneh, who is a graduate of BLIND, Inc. works in the
Minneapolis Uptown Apple store. He sells iPhones, iPads, laptops,
desktops, and everything else they sell. He advises customers and does a
little training. He says he was only the second blind person hired to
work in an Apple store. The other person is in St. Louis. To get the
job, he learned how to use Apple products in our center, bought his own
Apple laptop at the store and became proficient in its use, visited the
store a lot, took all the relevant courses they had available, and became
generally well known. He applied a year before he was hired, and
continued to pester them for a job until then. That's the way you get a
job in today's market - never give up. Apple store jobs are considered
the elite of retail sales. He's been commended a couple of times for his
good work.

Apple is apparently smart. because they do hire blind people in their
retail positons. I know of at least 8. its the issue of more blind people
not being qualified or applying for said positions.
