[rehab] Seeking RFPs on eye wear purchase

Colleagues,

I've been tasked to write an RFP (request for proposal) for my rehab agency to purchase appropriate glasses or contact lenses when consumers need them. Could any of you dig around to find and send me your state's current or prior RFP language? This is of course public record, so I'm not asking for anything nonlegit. This would really help me as I compare and put something together. You may send to the list or to my email below privately. It would help me if I get something this week.
