[rehab] Seeking RFPs on eye wear purchase

Further, it is common among rehab agencies to ask one another for
assistance with things like writing RFP's. We exchange documents,
language, expertise etc. In the past week I have gotten RFP's
dealing with a complex computer software project, from two states,
thanks to a query my boss put out to other rehab agencies.
