[rehab] Correction on job posting

Hi,



Got a call from a lister who pointed out that the link I sent out earlier
doesn’t go to the rehab counselor position.  It goes to a library tech
position instead.  Below is the correct link.

It includes jobs in Minnesota State Services for the Blind and the larger
umbrella department, which is the Minnesota Department of Employment and
Economic Development (DEED).
